Three persons have been burnt to death in a fuel tanker explosion at Kokode a suburb of Kumasi in the Ashanti Region.
The explosion occurred last night while the tanker was discharging fuel at a filling station.
Four vehicles and several stores were also destroyed in the blaze.
Many also sustained severe injuries.
According to our Ashanti Regional correspondent, about 15 wooden structures and three other structures were also destroyed.
He told Radio Ghana that the Ghana National Fire Service and the Police have commenced investigations into the incident.
