Not even her celebrity status could save socialite Huddah Monroe from Nairobi City County officers on a Monday mid-morning.

The socialite had parked her pink Range Rover along Koinange Street in Nairobi and while she was away running her errands, the county officers clamped it. Our paparazzi captured this moment and even lingered around hoping to capture her reaction, but she took longer than expected to show up.

So, what was her crime? We sought to find out.

“She had not paid the parking fee, but she sorted that out later,” said our source at City Hall.

When reached for a comment, Huddah requestedHeads Up to text her but she did not respond by the time we were going to press.

This is not the first time Huddah’s car has been clamped. On June 7, the socialite’s car was clamped along Ngong Road when she left it briefly to run an errand at the bank.
