Orange Is The New Black‘s Uzo Aduba (Crazy Eyes/Suzanne) gave a tearful acceptance speech when she scooped up the trophy for best female actor in a comedy series at the SAGs Sunday night. She picked up yet another award when the OITNB cast won the Actor for best ensemble. In our humble opinions, they were honours well-deserved.
Julianne Moore,Eddie Redmayne and the cast of Birdman picked up the top awards on the film side of things.
Oh, Won’t You Pay Me?
Sam Smith will have to start paying Tom Petty royalties. According to The Sun, a court ruled that Smith’s “Stay With Me” sounded too much like Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers’ “I Won’t Back Down.” As such, Petty will receive a 12.5 per cent credit off of “Stay With Me” royalties. I’m sure both artists are making so much bank that it’s all just another drop in the bucket for them.
t’s no secret that Taylor Swift loves to pair her fair share of crop tops with high-waisted skirts and pants. While she doesn’t mind flashing a bit of her skin, she’s not into showing her belly button because, as she now famously said, she “want[s] that to be mystery.” Well, the cat is out of the bag because Taytay finally debuted her now famous belly button on Instagram.
The singer-songwriter shared a photo of herself hanging out with sisters Este, Danielle and Alana Haim of Haim in Maui. In the photo, Taytay opted to wear a belly-button revealing bikini over her typical fifties-styled swimsuits. So THAT, everyone, is what Taylor’s belly button looks like. Looking good, Taytay and Haim!
