Angry protesters at Nairobi City Park Market have roughed up county governor dr. Evans Kidero today in protests over an inferno that razed the market last night. Dr. Kidero was jeered at and had soil thrown at him as he tried to calm down the hawkers. Hussein Mohamed reports on the demonstrations that went on for the better part of the day, until police intervened.
