PAGASA: Moderate to heavy rain over south Palawan

A low pressure area that was once Tropical Storm Seniang will bring cloudy skies and moderate to occasionally heavy rain over southern Palawan, weather service PAGASA’s Thursday morning forecast said.

The LPA was 210 kms south-southeast of Puerto Princesa City.

Meanwhile, the Bicol Region, the rest of Mimaropa, and Quezon province will be cloudy with light to moderate rain showers and thunderstorms.

The Cagayan Valley and Cordillera will be cloudy with light rain, while Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated light rain.

The Visayas and Mindanao will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms.

PAGASA warned of strong to gale-force wind over the seaboards of Luzon and the Visayas. Seas over these coasts will be rough to very rough, with waves reaching 4.5 meters.

Small sea craft were warned against sailing over the affected seaboards.
