Leaders from West Pokot County and Turkana County have reached an agreement to end the protracted conflict between the two rival communities and tame border insecurity that has dogged the region for years. And as Ken Aseka reports, the leaders have pledged to put aside their differences and to foster peace in the conflict riddled region.
