THE Zambia men and women volleyball teams have failed to qualify for the 2015 Congo Brazzaville All-Africa Games.
The men’s team lost 3-1 to Botswana in the opening match on Tuesday night at the University of Botswana while the women’s team were trounced 3-0 by the hosts.
In other games played on Wednesday, the men’s team suffered a 1-3 defeat to Mozambique while the women’s team lost 0-3 to Mozambique women’s team to remain at the tail of the table without a point.
Zambia Volleyball Association technical commissioner Steve Kasinka confirmed the results from Gaborone yesterday.
