The ’12 Years A Slave’ star, who was last year’s red carpet diva surprisingly ditched the biggest fashion event in the world … or was she not invited to the hottest show which held in New York on May 4?
Apparently, People magazine’s Most Beautiful Woman was on her Instagram breaking the news that she was in deed in the new sequel for Star Wars.
Lupita posted a picture showing her character in the film last night, [when everyone was on the red carpet]. She captioned :
”The secret is out at last: I pray Maz Kanata in Star Wars VII. @VanityFair has the real scoop…”
Lupita wasn’t the only star who didn’t show up at the Metropolitan Museum of Art benefit in New York City on Monday night.
Former Victoria’s Secret angel, Gisele Bundchen, Grammy winner Taylor Swift were also not available.
