Between the drug traffickers, random road-ragers and alligators, a Florida road can often be a dangerous place. After an incident reported outside of Orlando last week, naked, hood-stomping women can be added to the list of Florida’s road menaces.
According to an arrest affidavit filed by the Orange County Police Department that was published on The Smoking Gun,, Florida couple Sarah and Eric Carlson were driving on Sunday evening when they noticed the car in front of them seem on the brakes. As they drove closer, they noticed a naked woman in the middle of the road, walking towards their car.
The woman, who is identified in the police report as Amie Nicole Carter, 31 of Casselberry, allegedly fondled herself in front of the Carlson’s Lexus before climbing on the hood of the car, where she reportedly threw her phone and proceeded to stomp.
When police arrived, they noted that Carter, who was still standing naked in the middle of the road appeared to be “under the influence of a heavy unknown substance.” When they attempted to escort her to the side of the road, Carter resisted and was put in handcuffs and transported to Florida Hospital South.
The damage to the Carlson’s car is estimated at $1,000 to $1,500.
Carter was charged criminal mischief and exposure of sexual organs.
