Africa champions Cote D’ Ivoire follow at position 23 in the world with Ghana third at position 26. Tunisia (31) and Senegal (36) complete the top five positions in Africa. Guinea, Nigeria, Cameroon, Congo and Egypt follow in that order.
World champions Germany top the ranking ahead of losing World Cup finalists Argentina with Belgium third . Colombia and Brazil are fourth and fifth respectively while Netherlands, Portugal, Uruguay, Switzerland and Spain complete the top ten.
